Privacy Policy

EM:OM is built to be private. We don't run ads, we don't use third-party analytics or trackers, and we don't collect, sell, or share your personal information.

1. Who we are

EM:OM ("the app") is developed and operated by Unbridled Ventures LLC ("Unbridled Labs," "we," "us"). You can reach us at hello@unbridledlabs.com.

2. Information we do not collect

EM:OM does not require an account or sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or browsing activity, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

3. Your data stays yours

The timers, presets, circuits, workout history, and settings you create are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, this data syncs across your own Apple devices through Apple's iCloud / CloudKit, inside your private iCloud account. This data is controlled by you — we cannot see or access it.

4. Health data

If you grant permission, EM:OM may read from and write workout sessions to Apple Health (HealthKit) on your iPhone and Apple Watch. HealthKit data stays on your device and in your iCloud; we never receive it, and we never use it for advertising or share it with anyone. You can revoke Health access at any time in the Settings app, and we do not use HealthKit data for any purpose other than the features you enable in the app.

5. Purchases

EM:OM Pro is an optional in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple may provide us with anonymized, aggregate sales information that does not identify you.

6. Diagnostics

If you opt in to share crash and diagnostic data with Apple, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve stability. These reports do not contain the personal content of your timers or workouts.

7. Children's privacy

EM:OM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your choices and rights

Because your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud, you remain in control of it. You can delete individual items in the app, remove the app's iCloud data from your Apple ID settings, or delete the app entirely to remove its data from your device. 9. Changes to this policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
